Acceptable Use Policy

MadProps is an AI scene and prop generation tool. By using MadProps, you agree to comply with this Acceptable Use Policy (AUP). Violations may result in warnings, temporary suspension, or permanent banning of your account.

You are responsible for ensuring that all content you upload, generate, and share respects intellectual property rights:

• Uploaded scenes: You must own or have legitimate rights to any scene image you upload as a background.
• Reference images: Battlemap references and style-guide images sent to the AI must likewise be content you own or are licensed to use.
• Other artists' work: You may not upload another artist's work without their explicit permission. Doing so is a violation of this AUP and our Terms of Service and will result in removal and possible account ban.
• Derivative works: AI-generated scenes and props are derivative of the inputs you provide. Your rights to share these derivatives depend on your rights to the original inputs.
• Commercial map detection: When you upload a battlemap reference, MadProps automatically screens it for publisher logos, artist watermarks, copyright text, and other commercial-product markings. If such markings are detected, the generation is rejected and no credits are charged. This automated screening is a best-effort safeguard, not a guarantee — you remain responsible for the rights to anything you upload.
• Prompt screening for named creators: MadProps automatically rejects AI prompts that reference commercial map or asset creators by name, or that ask for output "in the style of" such creators. The blocklist is maintained by MadProps and updated over time. Rejected requests are not charged credits.

If you believe content created or shared via MadProps uses your artwork without permission:

• Email bw@baileywiki.com with the subject "IP Violation Report"
• Include your contact info, a description of the violation, links or screenshots of the infringing content, and evidence of original ownership
• We will review the claim, remove infringing content where appropriate, and contact both parties with the outcome

• First offense: Warning and removal of the infringing content.
• Repeat violations: Temporary suspension of upload and generation privileges.
• Severe or repeated violations: Permanent account ban without refund.

Images generated through MadProps using Google's Gemini image models are embedded with an invisible digital watermark (Google SynthID) identifying them as AI-generated:

• The watermark is automatic, invisible, and non-removable
• You may not attempt to remove, obscure, or circumvent the SynthID watermark
• You may not misrepresent AI-generated images as entirely human-created works
• The watermark does not affect image quality or your rights to use the generated content

You may not use MadProps to create, upload, or share:

• Content that infringes on any third party's intellectual property rights
• Commercial battlemaps or paid map-pack assets that carry publisher logos, artist watermarks, or copyright text — including attempts to remove, crop out, or obscure those markings to bypass our automated screening
• Content that is illegal, harmful, or violates applicable laws
• Content designed to harass, threaten, defame, or sexualize real people without consent
• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any sexual content involving minors
• Spam, phishing, or deceptive content
• Prompts that imitate a specific named living artist's style. Describe the look you want in your own words instead — medium, mood, palette, era, technique.
• Attempts to bypass the named-creator prompt screener (misspellings, leetspeak, separator characters, encoded text, etc.).

You are solely responsible for the content you create and share using MadProps. By uploading an image or sharing/exporting generated content, you explicitly attest that you have the necessary rights to do so. MadProps reserves the right to remove any content and suspend any account at our discretion.
